This album is of a different me this time. It’s of heartache, of hope. 

It’s of real musicians in a room, in a week, when it doesn’t make “sense” to do such things anymore.

It was made for a love of analog music. Of old songs.

Of loving myself through some of the darkest periods of my life. Of being ignored, yet demanding attention. Of learning to say “no” more than “yes.”

Of just trying, cause art is life and it feels good, feels right. Of going big. Of re-discovering my voice, both musically and spiritually.

Of finding the right people at the right time. Of learning to trust. Again. And again.

Of returning to the glorious tape machine. Of kind-hearted collaborators.

Of self-validation. Of letting go of bullshit.

Of piano. Of Rhodes. Of a U67 microphone. And…so much more.
